Do I have to build with Claman if I buy one of these lots?

Yes. Our listed lots are reserved for Claman custom home projects. If you purchase a lot from our inventory, we’ll be your builder.

Yes. We assess your lot for buildability, drainage, soil conditions, setbacks, and orientation. We’ll tell you exactly how it affects your floor plan and budget before you commit.

A walkout lot slopes to allow a ground-level basement exit. A daylight lot has partial lower-level window exposure but no walkout door. A flat lot sits level with the street. Each type affects your floor plan options and build cost.

That depends on your floor plan. We never let clients commit too much until we confirm that the home they want will work for it. We’ll guide you through the decision during your consultation.
