Step 2: Design & Price
This is where your vision comes to life. Unlike builders who force you to outsource your blueprints, we feature in-house design. Our team works closely with you to design a fully custom residence from scratch. You choose every floor plan detail, material, finish, and fixture.
Once the design is finalized, we present you with a fixed-price contract. This eliminates budget anxiety and ensures that the financial aspect of your build is locked in before a single shovel hits the dirt.
Step 3: Move-In
Once construction begins, we handle the heavy lifting. Because we limit the number of homes we build each year, you work directly with the people building your home. Our transparent communication means your project stays on schedule and on budget. Finally, we hand you the keys to a home that’s built to last a lifetime and unmistakably yours.
