You meet Jeff personally before construction starts. Every question answered. Every concern is addressed directly. He never delegates this meeting.
Your home plan is designed from scratch around how your family lives, not pulled from a catalog. We refine through as many revisions as needed until it feels exactly right.
Review every detail of your home design and walk through a transparent, itemized budget to ensure everything aligns with your vision and financial goals before moving forward.

Most custom home builders follow a basic approach—sign the contract, start construction, and figure things out along the way. The Claman Way is different. We front-load every critical decision into the pre-construction phase, so nothing is left uncertain once building begins. Our process starts with a feasibility meeting (Step 4) to align your budget before design begins, followed by design selections (Step 6) where all materials are finalized upfront to avoid delays. With a fixed-price contract (Step 7), your cost is locked before we break ground, and our meet-the-builder session (Step 8) gives you direct time with Jeff before your project starts. We also finance the build ourselves, allowing you to skip construction loans, bank paperwork, draw schedules, and inspections—moving straight to a traditional mortgage at closing. These aren’t extras; this is the standard experience every Claman client receives.
